you posted vander kelen solicited stock from wellrich etc., etc.... True enough. He called, left his phone number. Which really was his phone number.you said the motion to compel was not in federal court but jihad did. Care to cite the post in which Jihad said that? Why would anyone file a motion to compel in federal court? You seem quite unable to understand that the WellRich/AZNT disagreement is entirely unrelated to AZNT's federal court case. what about all these documents you post on web site to support your promotion of wellrich. What about them?you never see aznt shareholders post documents. Unfortunately, you don't. But I'm afraid it would hamper their style. HOW long did you continue to insist that the injunction as we posted it at Magnetic Diary had been "fabricated", or, when that didn't work, "edited"? Of course none of you was able to come up with the alleged "original". Why not? Because there wasn't one. Finally we got the transcript of the injunction hearing, which proves beyond any doubt that the injunction as posted by us was precisely what was signed by Judge Lloyd. you in fact contacted the very same companys wellrich telemarketers contacted. as did tonto. And? Let me suggest this: you have absolutely NO proof that WellRich ever contacted Sweet Factory. I did. Tonto did. Bill did. YOU did. But they never returned the message you left on their voicemail, did they? So I doubt very much that they're now keeping you up to date on who calls 'em. Very unlikely that WellRich would have done such a thing, btw: if AZNT stock tanks, their own clients will be hurt. Bad for business. They have, in fact, made this point a number of times. Sorry, Spidey, but unless you're willing to communicate with a variety of sources, you'll never have a clue what's going on. As you patently don't. So: is WellRich engaged in an arbitration dispute with AZNT? Do they allege that Mike Sylver hasn't paid them the entire amount owed? Answer to both: yes.
