As I understand it, the problem with the RS ad was the fault of the ad agency and not TSIG, although perhaps TSIG could have watched the ad company more closely.

A PR on Friday, IMO, is not as bad as the conventional wisdom assumes it is. In any case, there are bound to be some glitches in any startup company that is trying to do as much as TSIG in a short period of time. I personally am willing to overlook a few glitches in favor of watching the larger picture develop. It is incredible what this new group of management has done with very few resources in an extremely short period of time. That is what I am focusing on.

In the short term, I fear there may be a few more glitches as TSIG's website might be overtaxed trying to handle the complexity of customers making their own CDs and downloading music directly. However, the fact that they are taking these bold steps so rapidly is, IMO, much more important and shows they have great confidence in what they are doing and where they are heading.
