Fine ,if you shorted based the fundamentals of their balance sheet, then great call. But if you shorted based on the fact that you knew about the 'articles looming' then i think you are in very deep dodo with the SEC when they get your name and address from SI. You made it very clear to everyone that you shorted from 18 down to 6 & 3/4. The SEC will want to see when you made these trades. If you made money as a result of what you knew , then that was'nt a level playing field and you are no better than he 'crims' that you tried to associate TCTV with.
