also states "all of the 100,000,000 common shares without par value, both issued and outstanding, be consolidated into 6,666,667 commonshares withour par value" etc. and then
"the authorized capital of the company be increased from 6,666,667 common shares without par value to 100,000,000 common shares without par value"
