Ten,
RE:"<Cyrix thinks they have the only God-given right to sell CPUs at low
prices.>

Next they'll say that Sammy Sosa shouldn't be allowed to hit home runs
because it's too easy for him and it's just unfair for the other team."...

Oh no! Not you too. <G>
Starting to sound like an Intelafoon?

******OTOTOTOTOTOTOTOTOTOT***********

Can anybody tell me what would be the reason for my older computer getting 50% faster downloads than my newer one. The older one is a clone/cyrix 166/430HX chipset/generic MB. The newer one is a clone/AMD 233/430TX/generic MB. For the comparison, each was hooked up to my Motorola cable modem via the same 3Com ISA NIC.

AMD machine downloads at 700 KBits/sec
Cyrix machine downloads at 1100 KBits/sec

Please help me so I can sleep again.
Forever grateful,
wily

Tenchusatsu - Re: "Next they'll say that Sammy Sosa shouldn't be allowed to hit home runs because it's too easy for him and it's just unfair for the other team."

Cyrix/NSM is lobbying for the "SOSA/McGwire" rule - both will have to use a 27 inch, 27 ounce bat next year.
