I'll second that 'emotion'. It's my guess that many of the seller's are in the process of "what can I sell for a tax loss" and it's easy to come up with SSPIF. At this price just about all of the holders have a "paper" loss.

Personally, I think SSPIF will do well down the road but for the next couple of quarters I think it's dead money. Maybe that's what others are thinking as well. Downside risk is slim at this level but there's more money to be made elsewhere at least for the next 4 to 6 months IMHO.
