Heyy Wally, Totally agree with you about SEC, they are at best past looking with all the rules they have now, changing or giving them more rules to monitor will only result in further deforestation when all of the manuals are updated. Save a tree vote no on any proposed SEC changes!!!! ;),,,,, B

Wally: As usual you make some very pertinent points in your post. I have been expecting the financials to be basically a non-event. Too, any positive surprise with customers could make the price move quickly. But It may take time. There is no doubt about the risk, but with their relationship with Siemans the odds are favorable. (IMO) Still long and strong. Voted yes on all counts. JP
