Naw, I don't think so. Look at what IBM just did: sold their value-added network to an expert, ATnT. Maybe a better tactic would be to buy SEMA Group (quiet, second largest services in Europe, where the growth is for traditional IT oursourcing work) to blanket Europe, and partner with someone in China, to get ready for the explosion there. I still think that the integrator will win, not the network provider.
