Since we are talking politics for this one moment - this reminds me of the many people who were murdered and physically diposed of by the so called democratic sham trials the commies had when they overthrew so many goverments in east europe - you are guilty - shoot him - all this done by a fair and impartial hearing sounds like a bunch of commies sitting on the Judiciary's right.

more than 50% of the marriages in this country end up in divorce and more than 75% in California. What do you think the main reason is? And spending $75 mil plus hundreds of thousands of manhours for a sexual encounter ? Ridiculous !! But then you are probably a lawyer and how better tomake money than to screw the country. News item - The lawyers in the Tobacco case got $8.5 BILLION awarded to them. What the computers and internet do to increase productivityu, the lawyers are ready to screw up.
