Spider, If there is no valid case #, as you claim, and the case is non-existent, I would suggest that may you have grounds for a civil case of your own against them. Good luck. (but somehow I have to believe that no attorney would be stupid enough to allege such charges unless he had the documentation filed with the court to back it up.) Regards, Ron
