Henry, could you kindly explain in more detail what you mean by a third party "buying" LGNDW "by the end of the year"? I own some LGNDW (I sold all my LGND common stock a yr ago), and I am curious what exactly you mean. Are you saying someone could come along and try to buy ALL the warrants on the market? I'd be happy to sell mine -- for about $50 per warrant.
