PTII is my new long term buy today. Many reasons.
This is a fast growing company that gradually rose from a few bucks to 10 over the past 18 months. They make bicycle helmets for kids and other accesories. They have a new plant that's very efficient and they can beat the ompetetion in cost. They have nice deals with Toy-r-us, Walmart for distribution. Also they always get the hot ideas to be used on their helmets. Their got Spice girls, among others. Revenues were growing tremendously, about 100% each year until last quarter when Toys-r-us decided to cut inventory so they cut back on their order. This is only temporary and is over with now. But thats' why the price was cut in half.
They just announced a 25% buy back of their stock. That is damn lot of stock to buy back. They know their business is growing tremendously and that the toys-r-us fiasco was only temporary. More and more states now require kids to wear helmets. I think this stock will get back to the double digits within 6-12 months. A nice long term investment.
