Wisdom, The power of the small shareholder was very evident today as a lot of small buys moved the stock back to it's highs of the day. This morning's sell off scare tactic did nothing more than supply the buyers with some cheap shares and pulled little if any real selling. If you do buy some at the close we will probably end up on the positive side for the day, after what happened this morning. A nice steady climb back up looks good for the monday bell. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce

Dear Wisdom, I called Boston and as Mr. Solomont was unavailable I asked to speak with his superior and was connected to a Mr. Victor Polk who is also an esq. working on this case. He confirmed that this is not a hoax from a legal standpoint and that it is their opinion that it may be possible for them to prove that the defendants named are working directly for DCTC in an effort to defame the good name of Michael Zwebner. Further they feel that due to the fact that the internet was used it falls under the category of Intellectual Property as well. Sidebar: Isn't it funny how these legal terms sound like oxymorons when one knows the people involved!!!! Back on Record: oh yes, asked if they were working on a contingency basis which got a chuckle and a no reply, actually the guy was kinda kewl, hmm wonder if he is married, whoops SORRY. When asked why was this even posted on this thread vs. just the LGCY thread, his reasoning was rather vague. Also asked him about possible dates for this coming to trial as I would like very much to attend, he had no idea I asked well what within a few years he said yes that is possible.
