Tom,
I hear Clinton is begging for forgiveness right before they vote on impeachment. The XAU doesn't like wimpy behavior like that. <G>
Must be tough for the pro-Clinton gold bug...impeach and your gold stocks go up, don't impeach and watch'em go down.
If they let him off the hook watch the XAU go south for a short while...

CRB spot index slips another -1.58 to 188.90 and now we see the effects (is it 20 down days for the CRB?) that the falling CRB is/will have on gold. As said previously a long term overlay weekly/monthly chart will show that they march hand-in-hand....Now we get to listen (again) to the D words...:( .....hope at some point to get a weekly CRB chart and project where the CRB will be in mid-June, 1999. That place, in the future, will be know as the Old Gold Bugs cemetery (at least for those who have any money left and continue to buy as the CRB and Gold march off to never-never land...:(
