Dear David: You must be new to the thread. The company with the buy rec. is Hannifen Imroff who also prepared the estimated earnings. The 77 cents for 6/30/99 is mostly WITHOUT Fedl income tax effect add that and it comes to 56 cents. All of the 64 cents for 6/30/2000 is tax effected. So compare 56 to 64 and make your calcs.
Many of us feel these estimates are very beatable by TAVA. JDN

David --- You seem to know about MD Sass. She must have a good following to move this many shares. Granted, many follow CNBC also but it was HER input that did the good deed.
