Well, Integrion only gets(has) 3 million warrants if they don't meet the performance targets that are in the contract.

Well, even 3 mln is not too bad for doing nothing. And then, we don't know what the targets are. It might be just a total number of subscribers for the banks listed in the Integrion list. What if CF, doing all jobs on its own, exceeds those numbers? Should Integrion still get paid handsomely? For what?
Integrion was about Gold standard. Nobody uses Gold standard (Integrion) now for new projects. Why bother to have liabilities without getting any assets in exchange? That was the point I was trying to make in my post.
We don't know all the conditions of the contract. I realize, that there might be much more than meet the eye of an outsider.
IMHO, today's CF is in position to renegotiate the conditions of the contract at the very least if there is anybody at Integrion to talk to. Ten mln shares (20%) is nothing to sneeze at.
