Greg, You are correct. It has been far too long since the last time we discussed the preferred stock conversion. <g> I'm just glad this whole thing is drawing to a close. Every indication now is that our theories were correct. Unfortunately, they were simply too late. I also lurk on a couple of the "death spiral" type threads. (Actually, I followed George there.) After reading those threads, ANCR will be somewhat of a rarity if they end up pulling out of this. It now is a matter of Ancor delivering on the promises, and then spreading a reasonable market cap over 24 million shares. Craig
