And Now...the most depressing investment news of the year:

Former Mouseketeer Darlene Gillespie was convicted Friday
of a dozen federal charges that she used phony or bounced checks to buy tens of
thousands of shares in a stock swindle.

Jurors deliberated two days before finding Ms. Gillespie guilty of all 12 counts of
conspiracy, securities fraud, mail fraud, obstruction of justice and perjury.

Ms. Gillespie, 56, could face a maxim of 90 years in prison when she is sentenced on
March 8.
