Wit Capital is forming an exchange where investors can trade their publicly traded firms the same as NASDAQ and NYSE except without MM's.
The only problem with it is the need for a large enough mass of investors to use it to create a market. Their URL is below. One thing one may do is to list marketable securities on Wit with a sell order on limit and if you sell fine. This would work well for issues held that are medium to long term. It would also help to create a base for their market to take off.

They were featured in Bloomberg magazine a few months ago.
