they are certainly acting like they want to explode on the upside
given a decent market.i dont figure we will see that until the republicans are thru with President Clinton.
on the other hand if she doesnt punch thru soon we may have to test 203.
i doubt that though too strong as of now.

William that's a good question, but i'm thinking the opposite of what is apparent today, carefully bullish. Ralph thinks the long bond could go as low as 4.50%.

IMO, 50/50 the Dow can go either way however i did like the way it looked when Dow was coming up off 70MA on Friday; it looked good. If we go lower we could go to 200 MA. The leaders do look strong, so i'm not too concerned yet.
