In some sense, one has to appreciate those who are racist, and openly state it. If anybody is more dangerous than that, it is people like Barr who keep it just below the threshold level while instigating others to do all the dirty work...

Ask Rep. Barf about the content of the speech. It couldn't be too flattering to him since he at first denied appearing at the meeting in the first place.
