NW: Me too. I think the rumour was that Clinton would stop using the word "mislead" and come out and actually say that he didn't tell the truth (read lied), but it was just more of the same semantics game. The Street got its hopes up that he would acknowledge that what he did was legally wrong not just "morally" wrong. I agree with Chris Matthews - Clinton keeps saying that he can't go back and change what's already happened (referring to Monica). Duh! But he can fix the fact that he lied by admitting to it. I was going to say that Clinton doesn't get it, but he does get it. It's almost funny - Clinton's point of view is that a lie about sex is unimportant because it's just about sex. Well, if it's so unimportant, why lie? What happens Monday will depend on what happens in committee tonite and tomorrow.

I show a close of 41-7/8 on 17,109,200 - an excellent performance. Rats!
