I don't think the market is overly concerned about accounting problems at YF. The stock took its hit when the story came public and there's really been no mention since.

The reporting problems that I referred to had to do with overseas revenues. YF begun to experience revenue declines overseas in July (if I remember right) but management was not aware of the declines until much later in Oct/Nov. They have stated that it was the result of poor reporting and being focused on doing an aquisition.

I don't think the Serruya's are trying to dupe anyone here. But I think the problems they've run into are a combo of market conditions in foreign operations and management having their hands too full. Hopefully they can straighten things out quickly.
