Carl, the speculation of Clinton removal from office is already in the market at a 55% no to 45% yes.

If proceedings will move to the Senate, the market will rally as no new legislation will be worked on and markets love political paralysis.

I am not sure about the dollar and tend to incline for a devaluation, which will hurt stocks.

If nothing will happen on the 17, e.g Censure then there will be a brief rally and after that a slide to the cellar as democrats will start their merry ways of spending.
