I'm sorry, I just can't buy into the "announce all the contracts at once" deal. If I were running (to take an example) a Russian telco who signed a contract with DGIV, I would want to trumpet it to the whole world. As in -- look, our company is doing great -- this American firm has promised to help us make a lot of dollars. I wouldn't keep it quiet just to help the DGIV stock price. The same goes for Indonesia and other countries they have talked about doing deals with. Then of course, whether the "keep quiet" idea can really help DGIV is doubtful. How does it serve their reputation to sign contracts but not announce them, while other telcom companies (AT&T, etc.) announce theirs? Makes it look like other companies are players in the industry, and DGIV is not. Would DGIV really want to miss a chance to increase their name recognition and look like a major player in the industry? I doubt it. What happens if the stock market takes a dive in the meantime? Holding back contract information would just make it harder to sell new stock later. Releasing financials would help them more than contracts. I'm sure even potential customers want to be sure that DGIV will be around in a few years, especially since this is a new area of business for DGIV. If you signed a contract with Company A, how would you prove to Company B that you did that? Show them a copy of your contract with Company A? Do you really want to show those contracts around... telling each competitor how much you are paying the others? It's much easier to put out a press release. Again, on the Germany release... what the heck would "preliminary approval" be? I also don't see anything about DGIV getting any financing, or even being eligible for it. It said the financing would go toward "fixed asset investment", which doesn't sound like DGIV's business to me. As usual, very clever wording would lead one to believe that DGIV would be getting money from this source -- in this case the Brandenburg government.
