Well, the truth is the debt to board members is
only $120,000. NHTCC pays these debts separately not KAHI or Kaire
nor do these funds come out of the stock which is the basis for value of KAHI. The bottomline is that KAHI is worth $0.24 to $0.19 per share after the deal on stock value. The Kaire debt obligations become the responsibility of NHTCC not KAHI therefore 1stQ 1999 for KAHI should be positive.

Now because of all this confusion Monday should be very rocky
and fun. I'm looking forward to it

HNTCC has not shown a net income for a while so I'm not anticipating big gains from that portion of the deal.
