Henry, A similar thing happened to me with a different stock. I received an offer through my broker from a third party wanting to take a position in a company. In this case the company was MMG. The offer was $2 below the current market price. I was irked that the third party would presume that I would sell my shares to them at a price below the current market value. I certainly don't understand the rational for making such an offer.

Regards,
Bob

Henry, this might not be the same Summit but it seems probable. Site contains a list of clients, one grouping is in healthcare. I do not understand the intent of the offer nor who is behind it. Think a lot of additional info. is needed. I would understand 20%, but 2%???

Don't mean to be a downer, but this is obviously meaningless or possibly even the guy who posted it mixing up the wrong stock. I mean an offer to buy the warrants at $2??? What a spoof.
