I have sent an inquiry to the SEC.enforcement div..via email...
As a holder, I am concerned about this type of action, that takes place under cover so to speak! I like the light of day shining on these transactions.......If I get any explanation of this I will relate...but I am not holding my breath!

Steve, the trading has been normal, in my opinion, for the post show period, i.e., slightly weak. Therefore, I think it is either your choice 1 or 3, but not 2. Either way, it looks like a larger holder has lost patience.

Without giving particulars, let me tell everyone here that I know who sold this block of stock and I also know who bought it. Both are friends of mine for years and with each other as well. The seller had to sell for reasons that have nothing to do with ccur; the buyer was adding to an already significant position. That is all I can say (and probably too much). It is a non event (except for the seller who is sad he had to sell, but happy to sell to a friend).
