longterm investors like myself are willing to give DGIV and Jimmy Chin the time needed to complete the deals, whenever it happens. Until that time, naysayers/shorters like to think of themselves as being correct, but how would they know that concrete steps and advancements toward contract signings are being completed? Of course they don't. I don't either, but i am willing to bet my money as a shareholder that indeed things are being accomplished, and the contract signings are the last steps.
