If "they" refers to the preferred shareholders, a sudden ramp up will catch them by surprise only if they impersonate Rip van Winkle for at least 22 trading days. They've got a pretty good idea of their conversion rate for each day of the next four weeks. If they have to buy back shares on the open market to cover their short position, they aren't nearly as bright as we have credited them to be.

Greg
