Using their analogy, one would think by now that the beta is also factored into the current price. It has been known for months. I heard from one of the CNBC analysts that both Impeachment and Latin America Crisis is already factored into the market. From what heard from him, there will be minimum impact...NO PANIC SELLING etc... The net stocks have been where the action is. A year ago, many questioned their pricing as being excessive. It seemed logical, yet those numbers were blown away with current valuations. No one knows when fundamentals will become part of the valuation as they are in every other sector, it could be another year away, or next month, but one thing we all know, eventually the pricing will be tied to earnings.
