Shares for debt TNR Resources Ltd TRR Shares issued 3,914,788 Dec 11 close $0.39 Fri 11 Dec 98 News Release Mr. Brian E. Bayley reports Pursuant to a shares for debt arrangement with TNR Resources. Quest Ventures Ltd. has acquired 1,176,470 shares of TNR in lieu of payment of certain outstanding debt owed by TNR to Quest. The issuance of the shares for debt, together with 150,000 shares and on conversion of 150,000 warrants of TNR that Quest already holds, brings Quest's shareholdings of TNR to 1,476,470 shares or 18.6 per cent of the total issued and outstanding shares of TNR.
