Co-branding has no bearing on your argument.

Qualcomm announces it shipped more than twice as many phones as Dataquest claimed. Why shouldn't Qualcomm take issue with DataQuest's incompetence? I had to search through a Sprint Store and two Radio Shacks to find a pair of QCP2700's to give to my parents.

Are you claiming there are providers with hundreds of thousands of warehoused phones?

Since each phone, charger, and instructions comes in a box occupying half a cubic foot of space, Qualcomm doesn't believe there is a warehouse holding half a million cubic feet of their phones and I agree with them.

Market Share has the achille's heel of California's cost of labor. I rest easy knowing Qualcomm sees no shareholder value in being the volume leader.
