[convertibles] hi george, maybe dennis d (or someone else) can help us out with the details of repurchasing... as far as the debt rating by moody's goes... it seems pretty clear that moody's had not rated the debt and that someone (senior) at mrvc was implying otherwise : "The company's senior implied rating is B1. This is the first time that Moody's has rated the debt of the company." best wishes s
