I think that this might be a short term negative for the stock but long term is good since I felt that the company was over extending itself in trying to raise $ 100 million US over the next year. (Read the press releases over the last 12 months). The company has significant shares in both UP:TSE and PNEG:NASDAQ,BB. I only bought my shares in RIS as a proxy for PNEG, before these shares were listed. Yours truly, Brian Diggle.
