James, your link made me think of something . . .

Yesterday it was announced that CCL, FSR and CPWR would be added to the SP-500. Usually, these stocks would soar on that announcement.

Today results -

CCL previous close 37 3/4
open 39 1/2
close 38 1/4
change + 1/2 on 4x vol

FSR previous close 72
open 74 1/8
close 73 3/4
change +1 3/4 on 3x vol

CPWR previous close 65 7/8
open 69
close 67
change +1 1/8 on 2x vol

I know these aren't usually big movers. However, you would think that with that much vol. on future SP-500 entries, that these stocks would either have been up more or at least closed higher than the open.

Someone was selling.
