R, the lawsuits will be out soon but I really don't think anyone can pin down a third world supreme court, so if its monday its monday. I am 50/50 on the outcome. I hope for the slam dunk, but will not be extremely disappointed (just a bit) if things don't work out. I think having someone like Juan Jose Quijano has been a godsend. Do not forget this news release and please reread your House documents, also go to Mike's thread to review important info. Remember the undisputed Andocollo properties, remember the news yesterday from Freemont, and just be patient. Folks I was expecting to see the House summaries uploaded, but my guess is releasing that info to the world especially the LaPangue might be better served if we wait (just my guess and opinion)...I believe Mike has printed most of the relevance on the Las Dos Marias. I do believe everyone that has been associated with the IP's has been excited after seeing them, my copies where just a little fuzzy and so was my brain trying to interpret, but for now let's believe in Gordon House, Geodatos, ACA Howe, and welcome aboard Sedna Drilling. Also quick point and reflection, I am not apologizing for posts that I made 3, 4, 6 months ago. It was part of a process that had to be endured in order to put the pieces together. That puzzle is almost complete, (a few pieces left that I couldn't fit anyway) Remember we may not always feel comfortable with the share structure or not being fully reporting, but could Medinah have made it this far in twelve months without being able to zig and zag the way they have. Sometimes its better to let someone dance the way they prefer....EOS (end of sermon...lol!!!)

:-)

Realist, I expect results of the lawsuit Monday. However, I expected them last Friday to no avail. I have my fingers crossed. Also, why would MDIN put a good news press release Friday evening unless they were expecting to put out something Monday as well?

Note: the press release update did not include the events/goings on at Andicollo. MDIN appears to be savings the best news for last.(Even more significant than the Dayton lawsuit, IMO!)

Double Note: Workers at the Catan vein have been mining ore for 6 weeks now-they are stockpiling it. Apparantly, MDIN is discussing terms with the smelter. Keep in mind that MDIN still plans to buyback shares(as per newsrelease last summer)with revenue they generate from this operation.

Triple Note: It will come as a shock to most of you: MDIN is likely to become a fully blown mining company with major mining operations in at least 3 separate locations in the near future! Can you name the locations? Cheers!

Final Note: Marcos-you picked a fine time to start bashing MDIN-feeling a little silly? You should!
