Robert, I would be interested in seeing a copy of the recommendation by MacDougall. Would you be able to post it? I have mixed feelings about this company. Statistically, it is very cheap. However, I do not have a lot of confidence in the Lyons family. For instance, why is Ocelot purchasing a stake in Snow Leopard, which operates in Kazahkstan. I noticed that Snow Leopard is headed by someone named Lyons. Are the two Lyons related? I do not know. Ocelot is a bargain if oil prices rise. I am concerned whether the oil can be extracted in Gabon at a profit if oil stays priced at $10 a barrel. Jim
