AN OPEN LETTER TO MIKE FERNANDEZ AND TOM SIMPSON: What Larry is really saying is that the current tmmi price is equivalent to the depreciating time value of an option set to expire on 12/31/98. I guess what that means is that every shareholder gets to write off his losses this year whether he wants to or not - unless tmmi complies with the rules. That means the end game is near and it's put up or shut up time for tmmi officers. Uncle Sam won't like it but at least the 'newsdueanydaynow' syndrome will be over. We will either have news or we won't by 12/31/98. If we don't, it's "hasta la vista, baby!" And that means the bickering on this board will stop because there will be nothing to bicker about. The truth in its final incarnation will be known. THE CLOCK IS TICKING AND THE TIME IS SHORT, MIKE AND TOM. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? NOTHING? OR SOMETHING?
