Now that you asked, sure I'll elaborate. For the past three months a parade of constitutional scholars, from both the left and the right, have been analyzing the constitution to determine what constitutes an impeachable offense. ALL of them agree the founders allowed for impeachment based on presidential "bad conduct". This is malfeasance of a high order as originally frame by the word "misdemeanor". "Bad conduct" could consist of continually not showing up for work, sexually harassing employees, or walking around the Rose Garden in the buff - all of which Clinton is capable of doing.
