Mohan,************DREWTERS REPORT***********I just received an e-mail from IR earlier today. Here's the deal:

-the quarter is looking good, "allowing companies with a competitive advantage to do well as long as they execute". I guess this is their way of saying companies that execute well will do well better than some than have not been executing well (I will leave that to your imagination to decide who).

-the new plants are not having any material dilutive impact on earnings since the operating expenses are labor versus capital intensive.

-THERE IS NO HIRING FREEZE in place. IR did say that hiring is slower than sales growth since they are operating more efficiently (i.e., internet sales) because of "we have invested heavily in our people and IS infrastructure the past two years". BTW, even IR is adding staff to keep up with the nervous Nellies (myself included-).

All-in-all, it looks like we are gonna be RICHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:o)
