Another caution comment. Technical analysis of the Dow on a daily basis indicates a break of a head and shoulders formation. Lots of people listen to these. Given downward technically market pressure, I agree with Bull, and suggest that "bad" Washington activities could push the market further downward. Sentiment is already in the market and it appears to be waning. Be careful. Place protective stops.
