Alan. Looks like the illegal shenanigans of TK were OK with TPI management. Now they own the Company. Unbelievable!!!

This is another interesting point for the filing::

"On December 10, 1998, there were approximately 144 holders of record of Common Stock."

Only 144 people! Heck I bet most are SI posters, lurkers or friends thereof.

But on the brightside. This is the housecleaning needed to get this $%#^& behind them. Additionally, no more financing was done through December 9, 1998, so BUSINESS IS BEING FUNDED INTERNALLY THROUGH CONTRACTS. REVENUES MUST BE COMING FROM SOMEWHERE.

Still can't believe only 144 shareholders!!!

Just checked another thinly traded BB stock I own and we have 1200 shareholders.

What the &*$% has Janis been doing for the last 6 MONTHS???!!!

I could find 145 people to buy this thing, what are they doing for financial PR. Unbelievable!!!

I gotta go take a run.
