Alan. Looks like the illegal shenanigans of TK were OK with TPI management. Now they own the Company. Unbelievable!!! This is another interesting point for the filing:: "On December 10, 1998, there were approximately 144 holders of record of Common Stock." Only 144 people! Heck I bet most are SI posters, lurkers or friends thereof. But on the brightside. This is the housecleaning needed to get this $%#^& behind them. Additionally, no more financing was done through December 9, 1998, so BUSINESS IS BEING FUNDED INTERNALLY THROUGH CONTRACTS. REVENUES MUST BE COMING FROM SOMEWHERE.
