Thanks for the response, EP. You've persuaded me. If those chaps can use SI for shady tactics, no reason to keep it quiet here. Tactics, I might add, that include: 1. announcing delistings of stocks that really aren't delisted&#151 2. announcing purchase orders that don't really exist&#151 3. re-writing court orders that don't go in their favour&#151 well then I guess there's nothing wrong with addressing it here, right where it happened.

If someone posts a joke on the Laughter Thread, and some reader laughs so hard he /she spills their hot coffee on them self, is the poster at risk of a law suit for posting that message?

"Ditto" to this post. <<Three cheers for the lawyers who posted it and let's hope SI doesn't do anything to limit these types of messages from lawyers. It would be a tremendous assist to the already relatively sane and responsible atmosphere encouraging responsible posting on SI.>> IMO, SI has a more respectful type of posting activity than any other board, and it would be nice to keep it that way.
