My understanding is that the proxy materials were scheduled to be mailed the same day the financials were released. But if you hold your shares in a brokerage "street account", it may take some time for the materials to get to you from your brokerage.

You may wish to contact the company directly and inquire about getting your proxy materials some other way -- like by FAX.

I sincerely hope you do attend. It is important!! And you call the company and make sure you get your proxy materials by fax. They are supposed to give a certain amount of time between mailing and the meeting for people to receive and return proxies. I would not be surprised if this is not being done since the financials are just going out and the meeting is in 9 days.
