You are correct. There are an additional 27.5 million restricted shares being issued to Click. So there will be a total of fifty mill with the following breakdown: 4 mill in the float 46 mill restricted shares. 27.5 will be in the hands of the owners of click so as to not lose control and the majority of the Company. The other 18.5 mill will be used for certain alliances and acquisition. We could see some nice names join the Company as shareholders. And as for market cap, I really am counting on 500 mill!
