Still leary paul,

The price continues to dwindle, and as Ken's response states, "our earnings are not yet at the point to fund all budgets"

If I understand the last press release we had total revenues of 463,654.00 USD. Not bad for our little Earth Search Company that we have held through all the R&D years, but still not even close to breaking even.

Now on the other hand, if this were an internet company, they could continue to lose millions upon millions, and the stock price would rocket paying no attention to revenues. But, unfortunately we are a young company just progressing out of the R&D stage, and trying to market our product and turn a buck.

I hope that the financing is all they need in order to to generate more revenues, but something inside of me says that we are in for a much longer haul than anticipated. (At least until we receive royalties from a Noranda based site.)

So for the time being, I am waiting until this stock stops falling, and if I miss the bottom by a few cents, I wont think too much about it, I'll make up for those pennies in my current trades, and re-enter when EDIS has a little more going for it.

Watching from a distance,

ladyluck

Paul, we sang a chorus of "got to be a good time to buy" together back in the .50's. I wimped out later and sang a solo of "good time to bye" in the .30's. I wish I could be as optimistic as you are presently. And I really should be, I suppose, because it can't go much lower -- there isn't much lower to go. On a more positive note, I do think we will see a slight January effect, as Jim mentioned.

I thought surely they'd have SOME royalties by now after roughly a year. It seems to me we keep coming up empty on results. Okay, maybe it will be difficult to meet conditions for royalties. So for now, forget that; forget KAZ, forget etc. Let's look elsewhere. I would think that in order to better facilitate financing we would be quite eager to broadcast any RESULTS from prospects in the works. For example, I believe it is extremely unfortunate that back in July, August, or September the University of Idaho was unable to provide us with RESULTS confirming that the Probe could, in fact, detect and map weeds in wheat, peas, lentils, and barley fields. I would think that could yield a small bushel full of bucks for ol' EDIS anyway.

I apologize if I've missed the results. Does anyone else know the outcome of that research, or will this take quite a bit longer to determine also?

Tom
