Dear CNBC, your decision to nix Jim Cramer this Wednesday as a result of the cyber-lynching that ensued following his WAVO comments is very disturbing as IMHO one could reasonably argue that, barring external factors which I am unaware of, it shows the inability of persons within your organization to even comprehend your network's own content, let alone monitor it with an eye for continuous improvement.

I'd be shocked if those persons directly responsible for making Squawk Box the entertaining and informative show that it is made the decision. Rather, IMHO, it seems like the handiwork of some spineless deadweight a few layers up the food chain, which would of course be evidence of the Peter Principle at work at CNBC.

My reaction was laid out in the following post last week.

I would amend the line at the end to read as follows:

I'm more disturbed by what I would interpret as a company's attempt to scapegoat a money manager after their shares succumbed to profit-taking following a news event-driven run and CNBC's apparent willingness to aid and abet the scapegoating of a long-time guest
