And it's probably not any more of an abuse of the storage media than many of the things posted in the "Coffee Shop" or elsewhere on SI. No worse, say, than #reply-6802929, to pop up a quick example. Also, it's possible that the particular users in question turned off receipt of private messages... although I can't see that it is likely. No, I haven't checked. Dick
