Skeets, I hate Altera, too, but I get more of a rise by saying bad stuff about Xilinx. However, if Xilinx does have a better product, rest assured that Altera will copy it quickly. One of my favorite net wins was on Altera on Prodigy. I wrote a note saying I was buying puts on it. I got a note from a nice fella who told me, very politely, while I was full of crap. The next day, Altera preannounced. However, I have to give the poster credit. He was decent enough to post that he had been wrong. Most of the flamers hide until the next uptick in their stock. He didn't go so far as to say that I was brilliant, but I can do that myself. <G> MB
